Mental Performance
With Maryn Wolf
Hi. I’m maryn.
What I’ve learned through my own experience is that performance is never just physical.
I grew up playing competitive soccer with San Diego Surf and went on to compete at the Division I level, including three consecutive NCAA College Cups and a two National Championship Finals while at Stanford University. I’m currently continuing my soccer career at University of South Carolina while pursuing a Master’s in Coaching Education: Mental Performance.
Along the way, I’ve experienced the pressure, expectations, confidence shifts, injuries, recruiting process, and emotional highs and lows that come with competing at a high level. I also know how difficult it can be when your mindset starts getting in the way of the level you know you’re capable of physically.
That’s why I’m passionate about this work.
My goal is to help athletes feel more confident, composed, and consistent in competition—while building tools that actually translate into real performance environments. This work is individualized, practical, and rooted in both education and lived experience.
Whether you’re navigating confidence, pressure, recruiting, inconsistency, or simply trying to reach the next level, I’d love the opportunity to support you in the process.

My approach combines both education and lived experience.
I’ve competed at a high level myself—including three NCAA College Cups and two National Championship Finals—and I understand firsthand the pressure, expectations, recruiting process, and mental demands that come with elite competition.
Alongside that experience, I studied psychology at Stanford University and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Coaching Education: Mental Performance at University of South Carolina.
My goal is to make this work practical, relatable, and directly applicable to the athlete’s actual performance environment.
